U10 MEET & GREET DECEMBER 29th
Come and say hello and stay for some hot chocolate!
This is a great opportunity meet your coaches before the season starts! Coaches will have a look at equipment and do some skill level assessment to make sure your child is put in the proper group. This is optional but we would love to see you there! Please spread the word to the families of our U10 skiers and snowboarders.
*Remember, no parking at the Prairie T.

WARREN MILLER MOVIE NIGHT
69th FILM “THE FACE OF WINTER”

We are hosting this year’s Warren Miller movie at the Roi Theater. Thank you to Lorne and Ang Buchanan for your support. In order to pay for the movie and to make a little money for the club, we need all our U12 and older (ages 10 and up) Ski and Snowboard athletes to sell tickets.Each U12 and older athlete is asked to sell minimum 5 tickets -Tickets will be at Local Supply Co for pick up as of Tuesday, Nov 13 Each ticket is $10. Parents are asked to prepay (cash or cheque to SSSC) on pick up. ($50 for one athlete, $100 for two). We have 350 tickets printed Sell 200 through the help of our athletes Will also leave 50 tickets at ROI for pre-purchase, 50 tickets at Local Supply co, 20 tickets at HBM. Posters should arrive this week.
Please spread the word, this is a great night to gather our winter enthusiasts in one place and celebrate the season!
Here we go! On-snow training will begin with Dick, Clay and Warren for our U12-U18 athletes. Season 18/19 is on.
U10s – Snow sport helmets required. (Hard or soft ear OK)
U12s – Hard ear helmets required (FIS certified recommended but not required)
U14s+ – FIS certified helmets required
Snow sport helmets required. Hard or soft ears are OK.
